Which option works best for you?

  • Your Fastway courier may have already re-delivered your parcel to your local Parcel Connect agent, for you to collect when it suits you. Remember to bring your photo ID.
  • Re-deliver to the same address on another day
  • Re-direct to a new address

Important - If you’re unable to accept your delivery in person, then you’ll also be required to provide us ‘Authority to leave without a signature’ and nominate a safe place for us to leave your parcel. You can do this online by completing the form below. It’s Fastway Couriers policy to obtain a signature on all deliveries. Fastway delivers on Monday to Friday only, not on weekends. You must select a preferred delivery date within five days of the original delivery attempt date.
